If you haven’t had a chance to follow Ed Cyzewski’s Women in Ministry Series, it is wonderful. Each week a well-established female author, or a woman serving in the mission field, or in the shadows of her church writes about her experience as a woman in ministry.
You can sign up for the weekly feeds through his blog Inamirrordimly.
If you don’t have time to follow yet another blog, at least read this beautiful story.
Written by Rachel Shedd Streitzel, about taking care of children and mothers in Equador. It’s a tear-jerker.
Also, there has been a lot of talk about 50 Shades of Gray in the Christian Blogosphere these days. While I don’t feel like I can read the book series because of the unsafe places it would take me emotionally, I just “Junior Edited” a book for Shannon Ethridge, called The Fantasy Fallacy.

If you are interested in the discussion, here are a couple of blogs that have been in conflict over the book, the topic of sexuality, and each other this week.
I’d love to know your thoughts.
Next Up: We’ll continue looking at the Spiritual Discipline of Contentment. For now, babies are stirring…gotta go practice it myself! May you live shamelessly this weekend!
